Product and Customer Support Specialist
Full Circle Security Systems is a small but growing security installation, maintenance and monitoring company based in Flint, North Wales. We provide professionally installed security systems and fire alarms to residential and commercial properties within the North West, North Wales regions and surrounding areas.
We are now looking to grow the team with a new and exciting position that will be focused on product knowledge, purchasing and booking in equipment, customer support, customer paperwork and general administration duties.
The aim is for you to become a key member of staff within the company so that you can help customers resolve any issues with their system(s). If you are looking for a long term career then this is the position for you! This will be the first of what we expect to be more positions, so has the opportunity to progress to management level as the business grows.

This is a role that requires previous office experience in a similar role, however training will be provided and so for the first 3-6 weeks you will work alongside the company director so that you can learn about all aspects of the products, their features, functions, our customers and the types of requests that we receive on a regular basis.
This role will be office based (Flint) and will initially be based on 25 hours per week - Monday to Friday, 9:30am - 3:00pm (flexible), however the hours will be likely to increase as the company grows.
Starting Salary: £20,000 Pro Rata
