Service Coordinator

We are looking for an organised, proactive and enthusiastic Service Coordinator to join the team at Full Circle Security Systems Limited.

This is a key role within our business, responsible for coordinating our engineers, managing the service schedule and ensuring they have everything they need to complete their work efficiently and professionally.

You will be the link between our customers, engineers, suppliers and the wider office team, making sure jobs are raised correctly, scheduled effectively and followed through to completion.

This is a busy and varied full-time position that would suit someone who enjoys being organised, solving problems and keeping things moving. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, has excellent attention to detail and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Planning and coordinating the daily workload for our engineers
  • Allocating service, maintenance and installation jobs to the appropriate engineer
  • Raising new jobs and ensuring all relevant information is recorded accurately
  • Checking job requirements in advance and making sure engineers have the correct products, parts, equipment and information they need
  • Liaising with engineers throughout the day to manage progress, changes and unexpected issues
  • Scheduling customer appointments and keeping customers informed of any changes
  • Coordinating reactive and planned maintenance visits
  • Monitoring outstanding jobs and ensuring they are followed through to completion
  • Liaising with suppliers and the wider team to source products and parts where required
  • Managing changes to the engineer schedule and responding quickly to urgent requirements
  • Keeping our job management systems and records accurate and up to date
  • Ensuring completed jobs are properly recorded and passed through the relevant processes
  • Identifying potential issues before they become problems and taking ownership of resolving them

About You

We are looking for someone who is organised, reliable, positive and genuinely enjoys making things happen.

You will need to be comfortable communicating with different people throughout the day, from engineers and customers to suppliers and colleagues. You should be able to remain calm when things change and be confident making decisions and prioritising competing demands.

Stock and Procurement Coordinator (Part-Time)

About the Role

We are looking for an organised, reliable and proactive Stock & Procurement Coordinator to join the team at Full Circle Security Systems Limited.

This is an important role within the business, responsible for managing our stock and storeroom, ordering products and equipment, maintaining accurate stock levels and working closely with our suppliers and Service Coordinator to ensure our engineers have everything they need to complete their jobs.

You will take ownership of the day-to-day running of the storeroom and stock function, ensuring products are ordered in a timely manner, received and stored correctly, and are available when required.

This role would suit someone who is highly organised, has excellent attention to detail and enjoys working in a practical environment where they can take responsibility and make a real difference.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing the day-to-day running and organisation of the storeroom
  • Monitoring stock levels and identifying when products need to be reordered
  • Ordering products, equipment, parts and consumables from approved suppliers
  • Liaising with suppliers regarding availability, pricing, delivery times and orders
  • Maintaining good working relationships with our key suppliers
  • Checking deliveries against orders and ensuring products are received correctly
  • Recording and processing stock received into the appropriate systems
  • Ensuring stock is stored safely, securely and in an organised manner
  • Maintaining accurate stock records
  • Carrying out regular stock checks and stocktakes
  • Investigating and resolving stock discrepancies
  • Preparing products and equipment required for engineers' jobs
  • Working closely with the Service Coordinator to understand upcoming job requirements
  • Ensuring products are available ahead of scheduled service and installation work
  • Identifying potential stock shortages before they impact an engineer or customer
  • Managing returns, faulty products and supplier credits where required
  • Monitoring outstanding orders and chasing suppliers when necessary
  • Supporting the wider team with product and stock-related queries
  • Keeping the storeroom clean, tidy and well organised
  • Ensuring stock is handled and stored appropriately
  • Looking for opportunities to improve our stock control and ordering processes

Working Closely With the Service Coordinator

A key part of the role will be working closely with the Service Coordinator.

The Service Coordinator will plan and allocate jobs to engineers, while you will ensure that the required products, parts and equipment are available for those jobs.

You will need to communicate regularly to understand what is coming up, identify what needs to be ordered and make sure everything is ready in advance.

The two roles will therefore work closely together to ensure that engineers arrive on site with the right products and equipment to complete the job properly and efficiently.

Previous experience in stock control, purchasing, procurement, stores, warehousing, engineering supplies or a similar role is a must.

Experience within the security, electrical, engineering or construction industries would also be beneficial.

The Person We're Looking For

We want someone who will take genuine ownership of the stock and storeroom function.

You will need to be someone who thinks ahead rather than simply reacting when something runs out. If an engineer needs a particular product next week, we want you to already be thinking about whether we have it, whether it needs ordering and whether it will arrive in time.

You should enjoy being organised and take pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.>

Fire & Security Engineer

We’re looking for a confident, experienced Fire & Security Engineer with at least 3 years’ hands-on experience in fault finding, maintenance, and installation.
